We understand that customers increasingly prefer to accumulate frequent flyer and other award points by using credit cards for everyday purchases. We are currently seeking to improve our internet merchant facility to allow you to pay for your orders using a wider variety of credit cards to more countries. In the interim, we are providing instant credit card processing at checkout using the PayPal secure online payment system that enables you to use your:

Processing of your payment via PayPal is very secure (128-bit SSL) and notification of success or failure at checkout is instant. Your credit card or PayPal account information is entered by you over a secure connection directly to the PayPal servers and this website never sees or stores any of your credit card or PayPal account details at any time.
If your payment is successful, your order status will advance immediately to the preparation ('Processing') stage. You will be notified twice by email of the success of the transaction, once by us (Organic Buyers Group) and also by PayPal. Note that the email sent from PayPal will list the unit prices excluding GST for items purchased whereas the email you receive from Organic Buyers Group will show GST-inclusive prices. You will again be notified by email when your order has been shipped and you will be advised of the shipment tracking number where applicable.
If your payment is unsuccessful, you will be redirected to the Payment Method page where you can select an alternative payment option such as those listed below.
Bank Transfer/EFT:
Transfers may be made directly to our Australian bank account using banking facilities provided by your financial instituion. This payment type is also known as 'Net Banking', 'Internet Banking', 'Interbank Transfer', 'EFT', or 'Electronic Funds Transfer'. Typically, these facilities will be available via your bank's online login/access/portal. Contact your financial institution's help centre if you require assistance with this procedure.
We do not add any surcharge or additional fee for using this payment method, although it would be in your interest to confirm with your financial institution whether any fees are imposed by them for transactions you process in this way. Most bank accounts now include at least a handful of fee-free transfers per month.

Orders paid by Bank Transfer/EFT will be prepared for dispatch as soon as the funds have been cleared in our account (usually next day for electronic transfers from most financial institutions).
Over-The-Counter Cash Deposit:
Cash deposits may be made over the counter directly into our Bank of Queensland bank account (account details above) at any Bank Of Queensland branch around Australia. We incur a $2.50 fee each time this payment method is used by a customer. In order to be fair to all customers and maintain our affordable prices and incredibly low margins, we respectfully request that you add $2.50 to your order total to cover this bank fee.
Orders paid at a Bank Of Queensland branch will be prepared for dispatch as soon as the funds have been cleared in our account.
Cheque Payments:
We accept personal or company cheques drawn against any Australian bank. Please make all cheques payable to Organic Buyers Group Pty Ltd. Cheques may be deposited over the counter directly into our Bank of Queensland bank account (account details above) at any Bank Of Queensland branch around Australia. We incur a $1.00 fee each time a customer makes a payment by cheque. In order to be fair to all customers and maintain our affordable prices and incredibly low margins, we respectfully request that you add $1.00 to your order total to cover this bank fee.

Cash on Delivery:
We regret that we can no longer offer this payment method to items shipped via courier due to restrictions imposed by the logisitics companies involved.
