Pureharvest Oat Milk is a nutritious, low-fat, organic, non-dairy milk. It perfectly replaces the rich texture we enjoy in full cream milk without all the nasties. Oat Milk is rich in complex carbohydrates whilst having minimal saturated fat, is free of cholesterol and lactose. Oats are known to be a good source of soluble fibre and have the best amino acid balance of all the cereal grains.

Pureharvest Oat Milk is based on traditional food of northern Europe. Whole organic oats, water and a touch of organic sunflower oil are used to create a satisfying and nutritious food.
