Ingredients: Certified Organic Soy Flour, Certified Organic Buckwheat Flour, Certified Organic Maize Flour, Vegetable Gum (Xanthan Gum), Salt, Filtered Water, No Added Sugar, Fat or Artificial Ingredients.

Store:
Unopened, sealed to keep fresh in your pantry for up to 3 months or refrigerate and/or freeze for up to 5 months.
After opening, refrigerate for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight.
