Looking for a Gluten Free Pizza Base that works - this is the one for you! A tasty thin style pizza base that holds firm, and crisps gently within minutes.

Tried and tested with lots of toppings to make that wholesome, home-style pizza we all love, and it won us over. Also a great pocket bread - see recipe tips below. A NEW popular product from the Old Time Bakery, famous for their traditional breads.

One 10 inch pizza base can serve 1-2 people depending on the number of toppings or a family of 4 as part of the meal. Try this recipe below or your own creation, for a hot, delicious pizza straight from your oven.

Spinach, Mushroom and Feta Pizza
Preheat oven to 230C degrees.
Prepare pizza base on the baking paper provided, on a baking tray or see below *.

1 Gluten Free Pizza Base
4 tablespoons of tomato pasta sauce
4 tablespoons of crumbled goat's milk feta cheese
8 mushrooms sliced
1 cup of fresh baby spinach leaves
1 red onion, thinly sliced
sprinkle of crumbled sheep's milk feta cheese (or more goats milk feta)
sprinkle of your favourite seasonings, no sea salt required

Layer each ingredient as listed in the order above. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese has melted and the base is as golden and crisp as you like. Serve immediately whilst hot to enjoy!

* Recipe tips! If you love alot of toppings, then bake only the pizza base for 4 minutes in a preheated 230C degree oven, to cook the base slightly, with golden air pockets. Then assemble your pizza as above and bake for another 6-11 minutes.

Pocket bread
Bake only the pizza base for 5-7 minutes in a preheated 230C degree oven, and it will form a pocket-style bread to enjoy with your favourite delicious fillings and dips.

Ingredients:
Maize Starch, Milk Solids Non-Fat, Rice Flour, Thickener Maize (1422), Mineral Salts (575, 500), Chickpea (Besan) Flour, Vegetable Oil, Salt, Food Acid (297), Preservative (282), Vegetable Gums (461, 412), Emulsifier (471).

Store:
Unopened, sealed to keep fresh in your pantry for up to 3 months, in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Refrigerate for up to 3 months.
