Citrus flavours, garlic and chilli are bound together in this rich spice blend, Ideal with seafood or chicken, and a great flavouring for soups.
 
How to enjoy: 1 packet of 2 sachets serves 4.
1. Just fry some onions, vegetables with tomatoes if required and add some paste. Add a little dairy free BPA Free Coconut Milk or Cream or Cuisine Rice Cream to finish and serve with flaked almonds.

2. Or add to any stir fry or marinade.

Ingredients: Red chilli, shallot puree, sunflower oil, coriander seed, cumin seed, garlic, ginger, paprika, lime zest, lemon grass, lemon juice, sea salt*.
*non organic ingredient - sea salt is a permitted non organic ingredient.

Contents: Each pack contains a recipe card and 2 sachets. Each sachet contains enough paste to make a meal for 2 people.
