Powder provides more nutrients than the granules - as you consume the entire rosehip fruit without leaving any granules behind in your tea cup. Powder is also very versatile to use in many dishes. Granules are also excellent if you eat or drink all the granules and it is not ground, instead a whole rosehip cut in small pieces.

Certified Organic Rosehip Granules - 1mm Finecut (1kg)

Rosehips or Rose Hips (Rosa canina) - the pomaceous fruit of ancient wild roses - are one of the best sources of vitamin C easily absorbed into the body. Vitamin C is necessary to build a strong immune system and for healthy tissues. Studies have shown vitamin C to be helpful with fighting infection, colds/flu, sore throat, fatigue and stress to name a few.

Native Americans have been using rose hips as tea for thousands of years, and when the tea was finished, the hips were added to stews or soups.

Uses:
Rosehip tea - a pinkish tea, with a delicious tangy, sweetish tart flavour

To make a highly nutritious Rosehips tea mix 2 teaspoons of organic rosehip granules with 1 cup of boiled water.
Brew covered for a few minutes, cool alittle and enjoy the warm energising tea.

Immunity Booster - if you have the flu, feeling sick, tired, stressed or recovering from hospital treatments and need to recharge your health:

2 teaspoons of organic rosehip granules
1 knob of crushed ginger
Brew covered for 3 minutes
Add organic lemon and honey to taste.
Drink 2-3 times during the day. Enjoy!

Sprinkle, raw, fruit -
Sprinkle raw rosehip granules over your breakfast cereal.
