    A quick and easy baby version of the traditional Swiss Bircher Muesli - already packed with tender rolled oats, ground dried apple, ground almonds and ground sunflower kernals for easier consumption and digestion. Based on raw oats, fresh fruit, nuts, seeds and milk, bircher muesli is a delicious meal that supplies you with all the essential daily nutrients.

    What is Bircher Muesli?
    Bircher Muesli is a traditional Swiss recipe where the oats and grains are soaked overnight to prepare for consumption by releasing nutrient blocking phytic acid found in the outer layer of the bran of unsoaked grains. Once soaked for at least 12 hours, your muesli is ready to allow for better absorption of nutrients such as calcium, magnesium, copper and iron. Traditionally formulated with oats combined with apples, yoghurt, honey, nuts, seeds and other fruits.

    Try these recipes!
    Baby:
    1. Soak your organic Baby Bircher Muesli overnight or for at least 12 hours in organic apple or orange juice - enough to cover the muesli. Store in the fridge during soaking.
    2. After soaking, add and stir in:
    * grated organic apple
    * organic yoghurt
    * organic honey and other fruits, nuts and seeds to taste e.g. pecans, berries, apricots, banana - fresh or soaked rehydrated dried fruits.

    A delicious treat and nutrient boost each morning to provide easily absorbable protein, vitamins and minerals.

    For kids and adults:
    1. Soak these organic ingredients overnight or for at least 12 hours in organic apple or orange juice - enough to cover the muesli. Store in the fridge during soaking.
    * organic oats or Oats with barley, spelt, quinoa
    * organic dried apricots
    * organic dried apples
    * organic dried cranberries
    * organic dried sultanas
    * organic pepitas or Styrian pumpkin seeds
    * organic sunflower kernals
    * organic almonds (raw or raw activated almonds)
    * organic pecans
    * organic     hazelnuts
    .... and any other dried fruits, nuts and seeds that you love.

    2. After soaking, add and stir in:
    * grated organic apple
    * organic yoghurt
    * organic honey and other fruits, nuts and seeds to taste - fresh or soaked rehydrated dried fruits.
