    Wholesome soothing wholegrain organic rolled oats - low in fat, lowers cholesterol, calms the nervous system and is high in fibre to maintain good intestinal health.
     
    These rolled oats are made by cleaning, dehulling, gentle steaming and finally flaked to be the perfect breakfast or snack..
     
    Oats are known to be a good source of soluble fibre and have the best amino acid balance of all the cereal grains:

    • free of cholesterol and lactose.

    Baby:
    1. Soak your organic     Baby Bircher Muesli with Tender Rolled Oats, overnight or for at least 12 hours in organic apple or orange juice - enough to cover the muesli. Store in the fridge during soaking.
    2. After soaking, add and stir in:
    * grated organic apple
    * organic yoghurt
    *     organic honey and other fruits, nuts and seeds to taste e.g. pecans, berries, apricots, banana - fresh or soaked rehydrated dried fruits.

    A delicious treat and nutrient boost each morning to provide easily absorbable protein, vitamins and minerals.

    For kids and adults:
    1. Soak these organic ingredients overnight or for at least 12 hours in organic apple or orange juice - enough to cover the muesli. Store in the fridge during soaking.
    * organic     oats or Oats with barley, spelt, quinoa
    * organic dried apricots
    * organic dried apples
    * organic dried cranberries
    * organic dried sultanas
    * organic pepitas or Styrian pumpkin seeds
    * organic sunflower kernals
    * organic almonds (raw or raw activated almonds)
    * organic     pecans
    * organic hazelnuts
    .... and any other dried fruits, nuts and seeds that you love.

    2. After soaking, add and stir in:
    * grated organic apple
