    This Organic Gluten Free Cake Flour is light in texture -     Perfect for lighter fluffy cakes, delicate pastries, crumbly desserts, lighter breads, biscuits, pancakes, scones, muffins and other baked favourites requiring a lighter, low protein flour (5.4%). Also suitable for all-purpose everyday cooking. 

    Compared to the Organic Gluten Free Bakers Bread Flour with a slightly higher protein of 5.6%, though is stronger in texture due to the addition of chickpea (besan) and buckwheat flours. Perfect for heavier cakes, breads, muffins with fruit and other baking favourites.

    Uses: Use as you would wheat cake flour. Though this is healthy gluten free and organic!
    Allow approximately 10-20% extra cooking time to your wheat recipes, for a gluten free version.
    Self Raising - add 2 teaspoons Gluten Free Baking Powder to 1 cup of gluten free flour.

    Ingredients: Certified Organic - potato flour, brown rice flour, millet flour, tapioca flour, quinoa flour, xantham gum.

    Store: In an airtight container, in a cool, dry, dark cupboard.
