It has a broad nutritional profile with a nutty flavour and delicious aroma.
Made from finely milled buckwheat kernels, Buckwheat Flour is a good source of several important vitamins and minerals. According to research a balanced diet containing Buckwheat may offer a wide range of health benefits.
Hulled flour - Produced by milling the whole buckwheat grain and sieving off some of the outer husk. Then both the inner kernel (groat) and remaining husk is milled into a flour. A dark full buckwheat flavour flour.

What is Buckwheat?
If you think that Buckwheat is a wheat, think again! Buckwheat is actually a fruit seed in the rhubarb family, belonging to the Achene family of fruits, which includes strawberries.
