A fiery blend of chilli, curry and cumin with coriander and turmeric. A tasty explosion of flavour, inspired by the very popular spicy noodles dish from Singaporean cuisine.

Made without nuts (though there is the possibility of cross contamination) this satay sauce will quickly become a family favourite. If you prefer a little bit of crunch you can add a little bit of peanut butter.
 
Geo Organics curry pastes are dairy free, have no artificial colours, approved by the UK vegan society, and good for anyone who needs a gluten free diet.
 
Different to a simmer sauce, curry pastes are little jars of concentrated spices which can be used to marinate meat, or by adding tinned tomatoes or coconut cream will make a delicious curry. 
 
Curry pastes tend to be stronger and improve with age as the spices infuse with the other ingredients. Usually a curry paste, due its concentrated nature, will be good for multiple meals.
 
Like all curry pastes, Geo-Organics curry pastes are simple to use, for the Indian curries you just need an onion, tinned tomatoes, your choice of tofu or meat and leave to simmer until done.
 
How To Enjoy:
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil in a pan.
  • Add a medium diced onion and small diced pepper, fry until softened.
  • Add 244g chicken, lamb or beef or tofu, and 1/2 jar (100g) of curry paste.
  • For best results leave to marinate overnight, but not necessary
  • Stir continuously on a medium heat.
  • Add 200g tinned tomatoes, and 20g creamed coconut.
  • Simmer gently until meat is cooked (approx. 30-40 mins).
  • Add two tablespoons plain yoghurt, and garnish with fresh coriander and serve with rice.
