Not "triticum spelt" which is also known as spelt. Triticum dicoccum and triticum spelta are different species.
 
This farro pasta is also described as spelt in countries outside of Italy to help recognise its similar flavour to its cousin spelt.

How to enjoy: Cook as normal pasta in boiled water between 6-10 minutes depending on your desired firmness, testing regularly.

Ingredients: Certified Organic Wholemeal Spelt Flour (Triticum Dicoccum - Italian farro emmer "triticum dicoccum" ), Water from a spring with no industrial agriculture upstream.
