    Brown rice retains the bran that surrounds the kernal, making it slightly more chewier, nuttier and richer in nutrients.

    White rice has alot of nutrients removed in the polishing and milling and removal of the bran.

    Only the outermost layer, the hull, is removed in brown rice during the stone-ground milling process.

    HIgh in energy-giving carbohydrates, brown rice pasta is also gluten free!


    How to enjoy:
    Cooks in 8 minutes.
    Add 100g pasta to 1.2 litres of boiling water.
    Stir occasionally and cook until desired texture is reached.
    Enjoy with your favourite sauce and ingredients e.g. cheese, spinach leaves, vegetables,     tomato sauce, pesto.
    - Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, herbs.
    - Drizzle with     Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
