    A great alternative to rice pudding, millet pudding gives you wonderful health benefits such as a good dose of magnesium, niacin and phosphorus. All important minerals and vitamins to keep you healthy.

    Just like the other Natali puddings, these puddings can be made how you like. They do not contain any milk products so they can be cooked with soy or even rice milk (use less though) and have no gelatine. These desserts have raw cane sugar added to give a nice level of sweetness.

    What Makes This Product Organic:
    Made from Organic Ingredients, this product is certified by French Certification body Ecocert. This ensures sustainable farming practices have been used as well as the manufacturing process has met Organic standards.

    How to enjoy: 1 Packet of 75g makes 500ml of pudding.
    Mix with your favourite milk - rice, almond, hazelnut or even quinoa milk. Ready in minutes!
    - Pour the powder into a saucepan
    - Add 380-500ml non-dairy milk whilst stirring
    - Turn on the heat and bring to the boil whilst stirring
    - Turn down the heat and cook for another 15 minutes
    - Pour the mixture into bowls and allow to cool  
    - Refrigerate once cool
    - Enjoy!

    Millet semolina* (59%) (a form of millet, not wheat semolina), brown cane sugar* (40%), gelling agents: agar-agar, carrageenan, bourbon vanilla extract.
