    A wonderful classic Italian dessert, wonderfully smooth, a slight vanilla flavour, perfect as a dessert after a rich dinner, with a taste you will remember. Even better with some fruit on top.

    This recipe has a slight variation, it uses Agar Agar instead of animal gelatine to set, which in our opinion makes for a better smoother dessert, and makes the recipe much easier to cook. Plus superfood Agar Agar is full of mineral and nutrients.
     
    Once the mix has been boiled just let it simmer for 1 minute, pour into ramekins and wait for it to set. Quick enough out of the fridge but very quick if chilled inside.

    How to enjoy: 1 x 45g Packet = makes 6-7 servings.
    Instructions for 1 x 45g portion:

    - Put the Powder into a saucepan
    - Add dairy or non-dairy milk: 300ml of milk and 300ml cream (coconut cream is great!) and mix well
    - Bring to the boil
    - Cook for 1 minute over low heat, stirring regularly
    - Pour into glasses/ramekins and leave to set in the fridge
    - Just before serving, sprinkle with sugar and caramelise under the grill very quickly
    - Enjoy!
    - Refrigerate any leftovers... if any!
