    Traditional whey cultures have been used for the extra amount of good bacteria, which over the course of fermentation, the amount of whey greatly reduces to trace amounts. Good feedback from dairy sensitive folk who can enjoy this cultured product. 
     
    NOTE: This product has been fermented at controlled temperatures and lastly chilled for 1-2 weeks before transportation. Suitable for transits of 1-2 business days. Some fizzing and leakage of liquid may occur which is the product naturally fermenting. Cultured vegetables should then be kept in the refrigerator.

    Organic Unpasterurised Raw Live Cultured Pickled Beetroot (500g/ml) by Life In A Jar

    Start with 1 teaspoon per meal the first week, then 1 tablespoon per meal thereafter.

    -    Beetroot is a great tasting vegetable that has extremely low GI and is high in soluble fibre which helps to reduce high blood cholesterol levels

    -    Beetroot increases oxygen uptake at the cellular level, reduces blood pressure and protects the cardiovascular system.

     

    Ingredients:  Organic Beetroot, Celtic Sea Salt - BFA Approved, Organic Whey and Filtered Water.

    Store: In the refrigerator. Will naturally ferment over time with less fermenting in cold storage.

Once you receive this product, it is best to store it in the refrigerator to increase longevity during consumption.

    Some bubbling, fizzing and slight leakage of liquid is normal whilst out of cold storage - this is the product naturally fermenting. Contents may be under pressure due to the high levels of healthy probiotics in this living food.
