    Full ferment - 30 days to 14 weeks so stable at room temperature with vacuum seal.

    Raw unpasteurised: Ferment It products are fermented at a low temperature range of below 18°C in winter and between 18-24°C in Summer.

    Ingredients: Certified Organic beetroot*, filtered water, apple*, Fermented Culture, inca berry (incaberry)*, Olsson's Salt, star anise* and clove* infused.
     
    *Certified Organic ingredients.
     
    Fermented Culture contains: spirulina, linseed, lentils, fermented soy, chick peas, BD Rice, mung beans, adzuki bean, Dunaleila Salina (superfood micro-algae rich in nutrients including vitamins, minerals, amino acid proteins, essential fatty acids, carbohydrates, polysaccharides and chlorophyll), sweet potato, pepitas, sunflower seeds, chia seed, quinoa, alfalfa seed, ginger, beetroot, cabbage, agave, molasses.
     
    Store:
    Unopened - sealed in a cool, dry, dark cupboard.
    Opened - must be refrigerated and best consumed within 3-6 months.
