This delicious tasting bread is made with organic brown rice flour. Rice the most ancient of all grains is a complex carbohydrate and an important part of the human diet. 
 
Rice is gluten free, cholesterol free and contains all eight of the essential amino acids, the necessary building block of strong muscles. Rice is also a good source of essential nutrients – thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, phosphorus, iron and potassium.
 
This premium quality product is produced in a modern dedicated gluten free factory that has a completely segregated gluten free environment to ensure that there is no cross contamination with other products.
 
All of our gluten free breads are of a generous size, baked in a large 670-gram square tin.  They provide a full sized slice perfect for normal sandwiches and delicious when toasted.
