100% Australian Shiraz - Aged a minimum of 3 years in oak barrels to produce a mellow, smooth flavour.

Like wine, the flavours of this Organic Shiraz Red Wine Vinegar will continue to mature and soften if cellared.

With acidity of between 5 to 6% it's perfect to make a vinaigrette (4 parts Toscana olive oil, 1 part shiraz vinegar) or deglaze a pan for a quick sauce.

A splash of vinegar will provide balance to and enhance soups, marinades, roast vegetable and risottos; allowing flavours to blossom throughout the dish.

This vinegar is estate bottled by Toscana Olives and has been specially selected to complement their Toscana premium organic extra virgin olive oil.

Store: Vinegar is self preserving, but for optimum flavour, Toscana recommend consuming within 6 months of opening. Store in a coold, dark cupboard away from direct sunlight. Some sedimentation is natural.
