    Creme Brulee: Natali have made this a simple home recipe, no need to worry about setting the custard just right, and the cooking time has been cut significantly.

    As with all Natali puddings, this recipe uses Agar Agar to help set the pudding, and all you need to do is bring it to the boil, leave it to simmer for 1 minute, pour into ramekins and wait for it to set. Once set, add a thin layer of sugar on top and caramelize under the grill.

    How to enjoy: 1 x 80g Packet = makes 750ml.
    Instructions for 1 x 80g portion:

    - Put the Powder into a saucepan
    - Add dairy or     non-dairy milk: 500ml of milk and 250ml cream (coconut cream is great!) and mix well
    - Bring to the boil
    - Cook for 1 minute over low heat, stirring regularly
    - Pour into glasses/ramekins and leave to set in the fridge
    - Just before serving, sprinkle with sugar and caramelise under the grill very quickly
    - Enjoy!
    - Refrigerate any leftovers... if any!

    Fairtrade Cane Sugar** 64%, corn starch*, milk powder*, whole egg powder*, gelling: carrageenan, agar-agar*, natural vanilla flavour*, and other natural aromas, vanilla pod powder*, turmeric*.
