    Delouis uses a unique process to give their mustards their signature flavour. The mustard seeds are soaked in Verjuice before being made into mustard. This gives Delouis mustard a unique, genuine, non-factory made taste.
     
    Delouis mustards do not contain additives, preservatives or sulphites, just pure taste and flavour.
     
    Crafted with care to ensure the seeds aren’t unnecessarily crushed, this Delouis organic wholegrain mustard, uses wonderful organic cider vinegar to give a slight tangy flavour that is not too mild and not too strong.
     
    A great base for a marinade, a condiment to your sandwich, or meat dish, or best yet, added to your salad dressing.
