Brown Flaxseed has the same nutritional value as Golden Flaxseed and has a nutty and buttery flavour. Golden Flaxseed is slightly more buttery in flavour than Brown Flaxseed.
Flaxseed, also known as Linseed, is a natural source of essential fatty acids including omega-3 and omega-6.

Whole Flaxseed is the ideal way to keep flaxseed/linseed. Ground flaxseed and flaxseed oil should be kept in the refrigerator and has a shorter life. Whole flaxseed can be easily ground into a meal to sprinkle in your favourite dishes.
