    Certified Organic Spelt Pagodas (250g) by Casalare

    Spelt is an alternative for people with allergies to wheat. It contains fibre, proteins and amino acids vital for good health and has a long history tracing back to 5000 BC. Spelt pasta has a nutty and smooth flavour. The spelt grain's close fitting husks protect the grain, which has retained much of its original character. Natural slow-drying processes used during pasta production help to maintain the flavour, texture and nutritional values of the pasta.

    How to enjoy:
    Cooks in 10-15 minutes.
    Add 250g pasta to 1 litres of boiling water.
    Stir occasionally and cook until desired texture is reached.
    Enjoy with your favourite sauce and ingredients e.g. cheese, spinach leaves, vegetables, tomato sauce, pesto.
    - Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, herbs.
    - Drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
    Enjoy!
