    Ceres Organics Almond Butter uses certified organic almonds, lightly roasted then ground with a ’wee bit of sea salt’ to bring out its distinct, rich flavour.

    No additives, artificial preservatives, colours or emulsifiers.

    Already stored in a glass jar for the best and purest quality.

    With a sweet, natural, nutty flavour, this Almond Butter is delicious as a spread and perfect to use in baking, sauces and desserts.

    Ceres Organic's No Bake Almond Butter Cookies

    If you’re after healthier snacking options, these cookies are perfect. Almonds are high in protein so they are good for keeping you full for longer and for keeping those sugar cravings under control.

    These little raw almond butter cookies take literally 15 minutes to make, all you need is a food processor or high speed blender and 5 basic ingredients. The salt is just to enhance the flavour of the nuts, you don’t really need it and if you don’t have almond butter you can switch it out for cashew, peanut or even coconut butter.

    Ingredients:
    1 cup Ceres Organics Organic RAW Whole Almonds
    ½ cup Ceres Organics Organic Almond Butter
    1 cup Ceres Organics Organic RAW Deglet Noor Dates
    1¼ teaspoons Ceres Organics Organic Vanilla Extract
    sea salt to garnish

    Preparation:
    - Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until you get a dough. If the mixture is not sticky enough, add a little more almond butter.

    - Form mixture into balls and press down onto a baking sheet.

    - Sprinkle with a little sea salt.

    - Keep cookies in the fridge, leave them to set for 30 minutes before eating. This step is hard but they will fall apart otherwise. Enjoy!
