This kelp noodle has a versatile neutral taste to allow for a variety of uses including salads, stir-fries, hot broths, and casseroles.

How to enjoy:
- Rinse and soak in water - hot or cold, before preparing for your dish. Soak for as long as you wish to achieve the perfect firmness or softness.
- Cut the kelp noodles to your desired length.
- Store in water after opening in the refrigerator.
- Do not freeze or dry.

¼ Cup red cabbage, shredded
¼ Cup green cabbage, shredded
1 pack Green Tea Kelp Noodles, rinsed & drained, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 Medium carrots, shredded
½ Cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ Cup apple cider vinegar
4 Tbsp. agave nectar
1 Inch ginger, grated

Put shredded cabbages, carrots and noodles into bowl together and mix well. Put oil, vinegar, agave nectar and ginger in blender. Blend well and pour over slaw. Mix well and enjoy!
1 clove garlic, grated
½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
½ avocado

Bragg's Soy Liquid Aminos All Purpose Seasoning to taste, or tamari, or soy sauce
2 cups greens (spring mix, buckwheat, spinach, lettuce)
85g/3 ounces sea vegetables - seaweeds e.g.
wakame, dulse
Salt and pepper, to taste

Grate the ginger and garlic. In a small bowl, mash the avocado, ginger, garlic, and Bragg's together. Toss all ingredients thoroughly.

Kelp Noodles
Honey Mustard Dressing
Cucumbers, sliced
Carrots, sliced
Apples, thinly sliced
Salt, to taste

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Salt to taste.

340g/12 ounces Kelp Noodles
½ cup onion
½ cup bean sprouts
½ cup carrots
½ cup red bell pepper
½ cup mushrooms
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 Tbsp olive oil
Bragg's Soy Liquid Aminos All Purpose Seasoning or tamari or soy sauce, to taste
Dash of
rapadura panela or coconut sugar, to taste
Dash of salt and pepper
½ cup vegetable broth or water

Saute the garlic in the olive oil. Add the vegetables and sautee until cooked. Add the rinsed Kelp Noodles along with the soy sauce, sugar, and broth and mix. Saute until the noodles have softened. Add salt and pepper to taste.
