A fine, very mild tasting flour that's gluten-free and great for baking, cooking and making traditional puddings.
Tapioca flour, sometimes called tapioca starch, is made from the cassava palm root (Manihot esculenta).
How to use:
Mix 2-4 tablespoons with a small amount of water to form a paste.
Add to the food and cook to thicken.
Combine with other gluten free flours to create a gluten free cake or bread flour.
