    How to use:
    Simply take a small pea-sized amount of paste on your finger or fingernail and gently massage into your armpits. Your natural body heat will help to soften and spread the paste. One application should be enough to last you throughout the day. Ingredients can harden during the colder months, use fingernail and allow it to melt in your armpits then gently massage.
