Inca-Fe is a premium brand of Peru Cafe Limited which is a boutique coffee roaster based in New Plymouth, New Zealand. Peru Café sells organic and fair trade coffee sourced primarily from Peru and roasted in New Zealand.

Growers in Peru are genuinely committed to producing high-quality Arabica coffee. Consequently, Peruvian Arabica coffee beans are highly sought after by specialty buyers throughout the world and Peru is one of the main sources for organic coffee.

Roasting is an intricate process involving monitoring and logging all roasts including humidity levels, air flow, gas flow, roast times and roast temperatures to ensure consistency and we still take a very artisan approach and each batch is still controlled by the skilled roaster.
Amy Nunn, our head roaster trained under Jamie Hodson and also attended the prestigious Willem Boot Coffee Training facility in San Francisco.

Organic farming directly results in the quality taste associated with organic coffee and in higher anti-oxidants than non-organic.
